Lean1 Carrot Loaf

Carrot Loaf- 2 scoops Lean1 Birthday Cake
- 2 cups flour
- 2 tsps. baking powder
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 1 tsp. cinnamon powder
- 4 eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 1/4 cup oil
- 1-2 large carrot, grated

Pre heat oven to 300F. Mix all dry ingredients together in a bowl. In a separate bowl, mix all wet ingredients. Slowly add in the dry ingredients as you continually mix. Add in the carrots the last. You may add in raisins or nuts if you prefer. Mix well and place in loaf pans lined with wax paper. Bake loaves for 30 minutes at 300F. Place a toothpick in the middle and if nothing sticks to it, then it is cooked. Let it cool for 15 minutes in the pans then transfer them in a rack and cool for another 10 minutes. Serve and enjoy with tea or coffee.
