Lean1 Egg Pie

Egg Pie
You will need:
  • 2 scoops Lean1 Vanilla powder, diluted in water
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 egg, white and yolk separated
  • 1 pack pie crust
  • 1 cup sugar
Directions
  1. Arrange the flattened dough on the baking pan (you can use a 9 inch pan or small aluminum pans for give-away) and cut the extra edge. Design edges and refrigerate while doing the filling. Scald 1 cup Lean1 vanilla by heating it in the microwave for 2 minutes. In a large bowl, combine the 3 raw eggs and the separated egg yolk then whisk. Gradually add the sugar while whisking. Pour-in the scalded milk then mix thoroughly. Beat the separated egg white using an electric mixer until it forms peaks. Fold the processed egg white in the milk-eggs-sugar mixture. Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Pour the filling mixture on the refrigerated pie crust. Let it rest for 5 minutes so the egg whites will rise. This gives the brown color on top. Bake for 15 minutes at 350 degrees Fahrenheit then lower the heat to 325 degrees Fahrenheit and continue baking for 30 to 40 minutes. Remove the egg pie from the oven and let cool. Share and enjoy!
