Flourless Fruit and Oatmeal Protein Bread
You will need:
  • 2 scoops Lean1 Vanilla
  • 1 1/2 cups rolled oats
  • 1/4 cup ground flaxseed
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup raisins
  • 1/4 cup chopped dates
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 3 tbsp Maple Syrup
  • 1 1/2 cups Milk
  • 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 375F(190C). In a large bowl, combine all dry ingredients. In a separate bowl, combine all wet ingredients. Slowly add the wet mixture into the dry mixture. Line a 9x5 inch pan with parchment paper or grease with vegetable shortening. Pour batter into pan and bake for 30-35 minutes. Serve and enjoy!
