Protein Carrot Cake Bars
You will need:
  • 2 scoops Lean1 Vanilla
  • 1 cup carrots, grated
  • 1 cup oat flour
  • 1/2 cup coconut sugar
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/8 tsp nutmeg
  • 2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 4 egg whites
  • 1/2 cup water
Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 320F (160 C). Mix all dry ingredients together. In a separate bowl, combine all wet ingredients. Combine wet ingredients to dry ingredients and mix together. Brush a baking dish with butter and pour ingredients. Bake for 25 minutes.
