Lean1 Protein Carrot Cake Bars

Protein Carrot Cake BarsYou will need:
- 2 scoops Lean1 Vanilla
- 1 cup carrots, grated
- 1 cup oat flour
- 1/2 cup coconut sugar
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/8 tsp nutmeg
- 2 tsp ground cinnamon
- 4 egg whites
- 1/2 cup water
Directions

Preheat oven to 320F (160 C). Mix all dry ingredients together. In a separate bowl, combine all wet ingredients. Combine wet ingredients to dry ingredients and mix together. Brush a baking dish with butter and pour ingredients. Bake for 25 minutes.
