Tropical Breakfast Bowl
You will need:
  • 1 scoop Lean1 Vegan Vanilla
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds
  • 3/4 cup almond milk or water
  • 1/4 cup mango, cubed
  • 1/4 cup honeydew, cubed
  • 1/4 cup cantaloupe, cubed
  • 1/4 cup watermelon, seeds removed
  • 1 slice pomelo flesh
Directions
  1. In a bowl, stir together Lean1 Vegan Vanilla, almond milk, and chia seeds and refrigerate overnight, or until the mixture thickens. Arrange the fruit cubes on top and sprinkle with pomelo flesh and chia seeds.
