You will need:
2 scoops Lean1 Vanilla
1 medium apple, peeled, cored and sliced
2 tsp moringa powder
1 cucumber
1/2 cup water
1/2 cup ice cubes

You will need:
1 scoop Lean1 Vegan Chocolate
1/4 cup yogurt
1 small ripe banana
2 tsp mint leaves
1 medium avocado
2 tsp chia seeds, soaked overnight (yields about 4tsp)
Directions
Using an immersion blender, combine Lean1 Vegan Chocolate, yogurt, and banana until smooth. Set aside. Blend the avocado and mint leaves until smooth, and pour in a small serving jar. Layer about 2 tsp of soaked chia seeds. Add the Lean1 Vegan smoothie as the final layer. Sprinkle with golden flax seed.
