Protein Carrot Cake Bars You will need: 2 scoops Lean1 Vanilla 1 cup carrots, grated 1 cup oat flour 1/2 cup coconut sugar 1/2 tsp baking soda 1/8 tsp nutmeg 2 tsp ground cinnamon 4 egg whites 1/2 cup water Directions Preheat oven to 320F (160 C).
